Surgery

Union Hospital has robotic surgery technology with 3D in HD (high-definition). The da Vinci S Surgical System integrates 3D HD laparoscopy and state-of-the-art robotic technology to virtually extend the surgeon's eyes and hands into the surgical field. The system is designed to enable new, minimally invasive options for complex surgical procedures. Radiation Therapy

This is the medical science that employs various types of radiation or x-ray to treat disease. The radiation oncologists at Union Hospital's Hux Cancer Center are board-certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology.

Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Infusion

Chemotherapy is the treatment of malignant cancer cells with specific medications designed to destroy them. Biotherapy is used to strengthen and restore your body's immune system. Interferon and Interleukin are used to treat some cancers.

Union Hospital has partnered with local medical oncologists to provide infusion therapy at their medical office locations throughout the Wabash Valley for your convenience.
