Orientation
Preparing for a position with Union Hospital is a significant learning experience. Orientation includes both classroom and clinical training in your assigned area. If you are new to nursing, you will enter a six-week preceptorship program with the hospitals or you will spend a period of time shadowing a person in one of the physician offices. In either case you will be working closely with a nurse experienced in your chosen specialty.
