Transform in 12

Union Hospital Outpatient Nutrition Center and the Center for Fitness and Performance invite you to join a 12-week transforming weight loss program. You’ll receive nutrition education, a personalized meal plan and training on a safe, healthy way to lose weight. The program runs Jan. 16 to April 2. Preregistration is required by Jan. 13.
     The program includes a weekly meeting held on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Union Hospital’s Professional Office Building, 1530 N. 7th St., Terre Haute. In addition to the educational meetings, each participant will receive weekly personal training sessions and a membership at Union Hospital’s Center for Fitness and Performance for the 12-week period.
