Kinesio Taping Therapy
Kinesio taping is a concept of taping describing the application of Kinesio tape. It is a taping method used for a variety of injuries and dysfunctions. Kinesio taping improves muscle contraction, reduces muscle fatigue, reduces overextension and overcontraction, and increases range of motion. It is also used for proprioceptive feedback and muscle re-education to improve movement pattern.
